Aged for 15 months in our 21HL Sangiovese wine barrel and dosed with 12 strains of Brettanomyces, this sour red rye beer displays characteristics of old world wine fruitiness, a balance of earth, oak tannin, and malt complexity with a complimentary acidity. Ripe dark fruit, think figs and dates, round out this gorgeous beer.
