Foudre- aged Pale Ale with Spanish Cedar and Bitter Orange

Expect a balance of marmalade and spice balanced with the perfect amount of earthy citrus.

We chose a delicate single strain of Brett to enhance the creamy carbonation and soft round body.

After a serious bitter orange peel infusion, the fresh cedar spirals got thrown in for a roundhouse kick of tannin.

This is the perfect addition to any holiday table. Give it a try with orange spiced duck! We made this one a small batch, so don't hesitate to pick it up ASAP.
