Spending over a year in bourbon barrels, Bourbon O.E.'s generous malt character merges with notes of vanilla, caramel, oak, toffee, and pecan. 

Our English Barleywine aged over 1 year in freshly emptied bourbon barrels. This ale emerges from the barrel with immense aromas of toffee, caramel, vanilla, sweet bourbon and oak. 

A soft bitterness and a touch of tannin from extended aging bring balance to an otherwise malty sweet style. As the beer warms, expect the spirit character, caramel and toffee to intensify.
