Standing Wave 2 is an experiment in hop saturation. We used copious amounts of Amarillo, Mosaic, and Sabro hops to tease out delicious flavors of mango, pineapple and papaya blended with lemon-lime citrus, bolstered with a slight herbal tinge. These mountains of fruit aroma and flavor hang on a slight malty sweetness.
