Our wine beer hybrid is brewed each year in collaboration with J Brix Wine, scheduling the blending of these two worlds requires strategically timing the grape harvest with our barrel-aging beer. Blending in freshly pressed Reisling grape juice with our oak-aged sour ale, Brix Layer is a complex, balanced and sophisticated take. As always, we're pushing the boundaries on what beer can be, looking to give our consumers a new and delicious experience and expanding awareness of the complexities of our award-winning sour ales.
