Another deep dive into our Wood Cellar for our newest addition to the Cabinet of Curiosities! This barrel-aged Dark Saison with roasted corn and ancho chili was then keg conditioned with Brettanomyces and wild dark agave. It has a subtle funky tartness to it with a ton of complex flavors in the mix with a nice dry finish to keep you craving another sip.
