Echo Echo Echo is a foudre farmhouse ale aged on top of second use peaches (from White Peach Saison, Savage Fruit, and July Flame), then infused with culinary lavender. These additions generate a fragrant floral top note as well as a delicate, fresh stone fruit acidity. The integration of these attributes with the yeasty complexity of tree fruit and spice notes from the pillowy textured base beer, creates an intricate, endlessly drinkable juxtaposition between fruity, tart, spice and floral.
